What is your online policy?

-When shopping online after successfully placing your order please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing and shipping. 

Is there a longer processing time between the two labels?

-Yes, the processing and shipping time for white label is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Red label orders take 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

What is the difference between processing and shipping?

-Processing is the time it takes for us to receive your funds and package your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for the parcel service to deliver your order once it is released from us to them.

When will I receive my tracking number?

-You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is fully processed and shipped out. Your tracking number will provide an estimated day of delivery. All deliveries require a signature at the time of delivery.  If your order is not received by the estimated date please contact USPS at (800) ASK-USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may incur. We are also not responsible for packages lost while in the carrier’s possession.

If I place an order online can I pick it up in-store?

-We do not offer online pick-ups under ANY circumstances. The method that you purchase your order is the method that you will receive it. Please do not call the store to ask about online orders. We do not handle online services in-store. Any correspondence surrounding online orders will be solely held via e-mail. It is important to make sure that the email address you use is correct and accessible. 

Can I modify, exchange, or cancel (return) my order?

-Once an order is submitted there is no way to make any modifications or cancellations. Please review your order before submitting it. We are not responsible for any issues or mistakes. If you choose to dispute a transaction, please understand that we have the necessary technology to prove that a transaction was made intentionally. 

How many bundles do you recommend?

-For a natural look with the red label, we recommend 2 bundles for 14”-20” and 3 bundles for 22”-30”. For white label, we recommend 2 bundles for 14”-20” and 3-4 bundles for 24”-30”. For a fuller look, please note that you should purchase an extra bundle but you may not use all of it. 

How much does each bundle weigh?

-All bundles weigh 3.4ounces. 

I see that you are out of stock with a texture I already have. Can any of the texture be mixed?

-Straight and body wave are almost interchangeable. They blend together perfectly and can be styled together with no issue.
