ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO STORE CREDITS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
Please be sure of your purchase before your transaction is completed. Once an order is cashed out it can not be changed!
⁃We will not substitute texture or length or allow you to pay the difference. (i.e. if you purchase a 16” straight closure and want to get an 18” straight or body wave closure instead you will need to make a completely separate purchase at full price).
⁃If you decide you would like to add to your order after it is cashed out, you must make a completely separate purchase at full price. (i.e. if you purchase a 22” and a 24” and decide to purchase a 26”, you will be charged the single bundle price for all three bundles, you will not be honored the 22, 24, 26” bundle deal price).
As of 9/6/23 all card/virtual card sales will incur a 4% surcharge (transaction fee). in result of this change, we no longer accept split transactions, you must either pay all cash or all card.
your debit/credit card must have a chip in order to be accepted, if it doesnt you must use contactless payment or pay cash. We do not swipe magnetic strips! we do not accept prepaid gift cards.
In order to shop any sales/promotions you must be registered in our system under our loyalty rewards program. If you are not in our system, and refuse to sign up or truthfully fill-out your profile you will be charged full price & will not be allowed access to any discounted prices moving forward. no exceptions.
Always be aware that all sales promotions end at a random date and time! We will never honor a sale price before it has started or after it has ended under any circumstance!
We have the right to refuse service and/or ban any rude/disrespectful/rebellious/problematic customers from our store.
